" It is unusual to get the opportunity to send an e-mail
to compliment a technical support group. I would like you to know that
I have been extremely impressed with the technical support
provided by your support team. Being a customer in California
where the rules to risk assessment are slightly different,
I have encountered difficulties that your support team have
responded to quickly and courteously. Receiving positive feedback
is uncommon and I myself am rarely compelled to provide
it, however, your staff is worth noting."

to help out with individual problems. [Your competitors] seem just interested
in selling their software and then having nothing to do with the clients. In price
and service comparison your company is far better."

" Lakes software is a good tool for air modeling
which I have been using for some years since 1997, and I made a lot of effort to
test it at some Chinese oil terminals. The field monitoring
data basically matched the modeling result and shows the modeling process
and software have no problems. The application software and site monitoring results
make me believe Lakes software is the one best tool for
air quality modeling in environmental protection."
